I can’t download a map. I got the message: “Sorry, server is not available at this time, please check your internet connection or try again later”.
Check your internet connection.
Check if your firewall or antivirus isn’t preventing 911 Operator from connecting with internet.
Try again later. We’re trying to do whatever we can to provide you access to the server.
However, there could be some breaks in access to the server, because of heavy internet traffic.
Meanwhile, you can try play on already downloaded maps or try to find more popular maps which have been already converted by the server (most issues with downloading maps occurs when you try download the map of city which were never used before by the game and must be converted).
If you can’t download maps in the game at all, please download a file with maps from the campaign mode: http://cdn.jutsugames.com/911maps/911_O ... r_Maps.zip
After extracting the files, please read .txt file called Readme and follow its instructions.
